RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
All sales are final, thus we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
DEFECTED ITEM(S) RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY:
Our item(s) undergoes an extensive quality check, but it is possible that some defects may go unnoticed due to the volume of items that we intake and send out.
If you do indeed have a defected item please email us at yourstrulyboutiqueshop@gmail.com with pictures of the defective item(s).
Condition of Item(s) Requirement(s):
The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors.
Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued after the item(s) is deemed defected.
Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending on the bank.
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not accept order cancellations.
